RETURNS & REFUNDS
CHANGE OF MIND
We want you to shop with confidence, knowing that you can exchange your purchase if you change your mind. We will provide you with an exchange or store credit in our store or via post if:
– You have proof of purchase (either the Tax Invoice sent with your order confirmation or Packing Slip sent with your parcel);
– You purchased the product in the last 14 days; and
– The product is in its original condition with all packaging and labels and has not been washed, worn or used.
Returns are credited in the manner in which they were originally paid. Postage charges on returns are not refundable.
The benefits given to you under our `change of mind` returns policy are in addition to other rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law.

Sale items are final and are unable to refunded, exchanged or redeemed for store credit unless damaged.
Kaleido Kollection is happy to accept payment for your order with the following forms of payment:
Either through the Online payment process using our Secure credit card facility or over the phone. We accept MasterCard or Visa.
Through the Online payment process via the secure PayPal portal.
All orders must be paid in full prior to dispatch.
Please note that only Australian Billing and Delivery addresses are accepted at this time.
Kaleido Kollection (ABN 42151841938) will acknowledge receipt of your order by confirming email. Every endeavour will be made to dispatch your order by the day after it is received unless all or part of the order is waiting on stock to arrive.
Please note that all parcels ordered on our website are sent via Australia Post eParcel, Sendle or Shippit (Fastway) and require a signature upon delivery unless approved otherwise. In the event that no one is home to sign for the parcel, it will be redirected to the nearest Post Office or Fastway Terminal that can facilitate it unless you have confirmed otherwise with the postal service. Australia Post/Sendle/Shippit should leave an attempted delivery notification in your letterbox to advise you where the item can be collected from.

Depending on the distance from your nominated address the in-transit time should be within the range of 2-5 days from the date you receive Australia Post’s/Sendles/Shippits confirmation of receipt of your parcel. WA & NT will generally take between 7-12 working days.
If there is to be any delay we will advise you separately by email indicating the expected despatch date.
We will despatch to the address you provide to us and we cannot be responsible for the delay that will likely occur if those details are not correct in any way. If goods are returned to us by Australia Post/Sendle/Shippit because of an addressing error by you or non-collection, we may require you to pay a second delivery charge.
Subject to payment, property and risk in the Goods passes to you as the Customer upon delivery of the Goods to the delivery address you have nominated. Anyone at that nominated delivery address who receives the Goods shall be presumed by us to be authorised to receive the Goods.
If goods are damaged in transit (or are not received) please call our team (0450 090 529) or email us at email@example.com so we can advise the best way to send replacements and for you to return any damaged goods. We will require photographic evidence of the damaged item and may require it to be sent back prior to a replacement being sent. We are not liable for the delayed time it may take for delivery service to investigate however will do our best to assure you are happy with the circumstance.
Lay buys are valid for 3 months only and require 20% deposit to begin. Please call us on 0450 090 529 to begin a lay buy.
Holds will be accepted for 3 days only, if period is up items will return to sale floor/web store.
IN STORE REWARDS CARDS & GIFT VOUCHERS
Rewards Cards are valid for a 12 month period only. Upon expiry rewards card will be renewed and points to begin again. Gift Vouchers will no longer be valid after the 12 month period, you will get reminders before this occurs.
Web store rewards have no expiry and are in the form of monetary discounts that you have the option to use on your cart upon checkouts. You earn points per purchase that you can continue to accrue or use at any time. Log in to your account to access these and check progress.
SPECIAL PRODUCT REQUESTS
We are very happy to order in products we may not have in store/online however do require a deposit of half the sale amount.
